Description
Giving y’all the easiest and most scrumptious dessert recipes ever!! If you love pecan pie + brownies and a butter parlee g biscuit crust then this dessert is made for you! Of course I took shortcuts because when your combining 3 different desserts into 1, you need to find shortcuts and a easier way for all of this to come together.
Ingredients
- 1 boxed brownie mix
- 24 parle g cookies
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup hevay cream
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease and line your baking pan/tray with parchment paper and set aside.
-
In a food processor, add the parle g cookies and pulse a couple of times until you get a fine sand like texture. Transfer into a bowl and add melted butter, mix everything together until you have a wet sand like texture.
-
Press the cookie crust into the botton of the pan and set aside.
-
For the brownies mix according to instructions on the back of the box and transfer to the parle g crust.
-
In a sauce pan over med heat, add butter and pecans, let the pecans toast a little bit 2-3 mins. Next add the brown sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Finally add the heavy cream and mix everything together until well combined. Pour this on top of the brownie mix and bake for 30-40 mins until center is cooked. Enjoy!
Notes
- I love to use food stirs brownie mix over any brand because of how healthy and clean it is! But you can use any boxed brownie mix you like or use my homemade recipe here
- If you want a thicker cookie crust just double the amount of cookies and butter for a thicker crust.
- Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
