It&#8217;s one heck of a dish, this recipe that is so near and dear to my heart, when I was dating my husband I met so many of his family members that told me about his uncles gravy chicken recipe. Fast forward to one long weekend when I finally met him, before he could even hug me he told me that he&#8217;s making gravy chicken just for me because I\u2019ve never had it before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only did I lick my bowl, but I ate 3rds of this gravy chicken!! Till this very day I think about Kal\u2019s chicken gravy all the time. I still have memories of him making this delicious chicken every time we would get together. You know its crazy recipe because no matter where we would go, he would come prepared with his big pot, utensils, spices and find a local halal butcher to get his meats!! And while he&#8217;s making the chicken, he would play beer pong with us and make us take shots, trust me if you don&#8217;t know of any gujunrati uncle that sounds similar to mine, then you\u2019re
