It&#8217;s easier to make then you think, I ended up making this whole dish in under 35mins! style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, scallions ginger + garlic and salt + pepper. Next sprinkle in the corn starch and all purpose flour along with the chili sauce. Mix everything together with your hands until it starts to form into a dough like ball. *Add more flour if needed. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6112-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Heat up a pot with 1inch deep oil. Roll out small balls and fry in small batches. Fry until the balls are golden brown and set them on a cooling rack. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Gravy <\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6112-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In a sauce pan, heat up the oil and add the onions and green chili. Cook for 1-2 mins on med high heat. Next add the ginger + garlic and salt + pepper.
