Now I do like to put a twist on my Maggi noodles, by adding some soy sauce and other ingredients that definitely give it a Indo &#8211; Chinese twist but feel free to make it any way you like it. I switched out the Maggi noodles with an organic brown rice noodles from a brand I love! I also use separate Maggi noodle masala that I found at my Indian grocery store.
