Crispy marinated tofu bits piled high on egg noodles and drizzled with a steamy broth. Dan Dan noodles are surprisingly easy to make and come together in less than 30mins! These noodles are spicy + bold flavor that will have you wanting more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionally these noodles are made with pork or beef, but I wanted to keep them vegetarian so I used tofu. Feel free to use any type of ground protein you like. I&#8217;ve listed all the ingredients I used for this recipe below in my notes, don&#8217;t forget to check it out!
