This recipe is identical to the Raos sauce you&#8217;ve probably had by now, I know its a fan favorite but come on $9 for a jar of sauce is insane. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and make it often like I do, its a very simple and easy recipe to follow and make and also allows you to control the sodium intake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This sauce is sweet, spicy and has the right taste of flavors without over powering it. Not only will it save you a lot of $$$ but you can also make extra batch and freeze it. Crush the tomatoes using your hands, discard any hard stem ends. Next add the chopped onions and garlic, cook until soft 2-3 mins.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2324-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add in the tomatoes and reserved juices, along with all the spices. Add salt and pepper to taste and give it one final stir. Lower the heat to med\/low cover pot with lid and let the sauce cook for 15-20 mins.
