
Anyone else find themselves snacking all the time, well if it makes you feel any better my snacks have turned into mini meals. I think anything I want to sit and have a nice glass of wine or even a cocktail I find my self making a snack or a cheeseboard, but nothing every is spicy enough or satisfying so I started making these bhel mixes with a little added twist of cheese and honey roasted peanuts. I promise you adding those 2 little ingredients seriously made the whole bhel mix 100 times better!
Spicy Cheese & Peanut Bhel Mix
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 17oz bhel mix
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 tomato diced
- 1-2 green chilies diced
- ¼ cup cilantro diced
- ½ juice of a lime
- ⅓ cup cubed cheese of choice I used pepper jack and sharp yellow cheddar
- ⅓ cup honey roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In a bowl add the bhel mix, followed by all the diced veggies followed by the peanuts and cheese. Squeeze the lime juice all over and give everything a good mix. Enjoy!

- I used Shriram Tam Tam bhel mix, found it at my local Indian grocery store, but you can also find it online at walmart, click here to purchase.
