
Let me start off by saying how much I HATE boiled eggs, until I saw the grated boil egg hack all over the Internet! Trust me if your anything like myself and hate boiled egg, the smell, texture and everything related to it, you must try this because it really is the ultimate game changer!
Spicy Avocado Hash Brown Toast
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 hashbrowns thawed
- 1 avocado
- 2 boiled egg
- 1 tbsp jalapeno finely diced
- ¼ onion finely diced
- salt + pepper
- hot honey
- hot chili oil
Instructions
- Start off by boiling your egg and air fryer your hash brown, while that cooking make the avocado mixture.
- In a bowl add avocado, salt + pepper, diced jalapeños and onions. I also added cilantro because I had some on hand. Combine everything together until it’s fully mixed.
Assemble
- Place the toasted hash browns on a plate and split the avocado mixture in half and add it to the top of each hashbrown. Next grate the 1 boiled egg per hash brown on top of the avocado mixture, drizzle some hot chili oil and hot honey. Enjoy!
Notes
- I boil my eggs the night before so it saves me time the morning of.
- Air fry the hash brown at 400F for 10 mins.
