I didn’t have much appreciation for a fried chicken sandwich until I moved to the south, something about the sweet, tangy pickles, the seasoning on the chicken and lets not forget everything is better when its fried! This southern style chicken sandwich is the best thing you’ll get it and I know its fried but something just can’t be change. I didn’t want to make this into a air fried version because I know it wouldn’t be the same, plus how often are you frying chicken sandwiches?!?! It’s okay to have a fried chicken sandwich once in a while :).
