This exotic rose & cardamom cocktail is subtle and seductive, with notes of cardamom, orange peel and rose. Crafted to pair perfectly with Jaisalmer gin.

This fusion Ras Malai cocktail is not only the perfect drink for this festive season but also a great way to use up the milk from the ras malai. Ras Malai is an Indian dessert made of paneer that is shaped into small balls and soaked into a sweet milk. Now you can use store bought or homemade for this recipe, but this is a great way of repurposing the milk from dessert!
The mix of @jaisalmergin and milk mixture from ras malai results in the smoothest and sweetest cocktail you’ll have this diwali season. The gin really plays a huge role in this cocktail, the sweet notes of an orange peel, cardamon and juniper berries really creates a smooth yet refreshing taste.
The best part about this recipe is you can use store bought ras malai, and make a batch of this drink ahead of time and store it in a pitcher or tumbler. When ready to serve, shake it up and serve over ice.
