Pistachio Tzatziki

A tzatziki you will fall in love with, granted regular tzatziki is amazing but adding pistachios and some sweet honey really brings out the flavor, texture and taste of the garlic, and freshly grated cucumbers and dill. I highly recommend you make this the night before and let all the flavor soak in, and of course pair it my falafel recipe, chicken gyros or chicken shawarma.
