Ingredients
- 2–3 russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp rosemary – minced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven or air fryer at 380°F. Cut the potatoes into wedge or and give them a good rinse.
- In a small bowl, mix all the spices together (expect the rosemary) to create a seasoning.

In a bowl add potato wedges, drizzle the oil and add the seasoning mix. Give everything a good toss and add more seasoning or oil if needed.

In you air fryer basket or on baking pan, place the wedges and spread them out evenly as much as you can. DO NOT over crowd.

Place in the air fryer for oven for 15 mins until potato is fully cooked.

Once the fries are done, place them in a bowl, add the rosemary and freshly grated parmesan cheese, toss everything together and serve with ketchup or aioli of choice. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you don’t have an air fryer you can simply bake these in the oven or toaster oven using the same tempt and time.
