Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 green chilies – slit down the middle
- 2 dried Kashmiri chilies
- 1 bell pepper – cut into big pieces
- 1 red onion cut into big pieces
- ¼ cup scallions finely chopped for garnish
- 1 – 14oz package of paneer cut into 1inch cubes
- 2 tbsp ching’s red chili sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- In a large pan heat up oil and add green chilies, dried chiles along with ginger and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds and add in the scallions, bell peppers, red onions and paneer.
- Saute everything on medium heat for 2-3 mins. Cook until the paneer is slightly char.
- Into a bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce and honey. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the sauce into the paneer and veggie mixture and turn the heat up, gently mix everything together until the sauce thickens a little bit and everything is fully coated in the sauce.
- Serve with rice, or Hakka noodles. Enjoy!
